Experts@Minnesota is the research information management tool for the University of Minnesota. It uses University records and publication data harvested from Scopus to create public profiles for University of Minnesota faculty and researchers. Using Experts@Minnesota is a great place to start when looking for an advisor, co-author, and collaborators for a multi-disciplinary grant.
Grants.gov
Grants.gov is a web-based single submission portal developed by the federal government. It provides a database of most federal grant opportunities. It also provides a mechanism for applying for federal programs. It is, however, a good idea to check an organization's own website as well. The following are links to funding opportunities from federal organizations.
- Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs
- Department of Education
- Fulbright Scholar Program
- Institute of Museum and Library Services
- National Endowment for the Arts
- National Endowment for the Humanities
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
