Faculty Research Highlights: Michael Goldman

In this short video, Associate Professor Michael Goldman discusses his research. Professor Goldman and Co-PIs Associate Professor Vinay Gidwani (geography, environment & society); Helga Leitner and Eric Shepard (geography, UCLA); and Carol Upadhya (NIAS, Bangalore) were awarded a $500,000 three-year NSF grant for their project, "Speculative Urbanism: Land, Livelihoods, and Finance Capital."
Michael Goldman was also awarded the Dr. V.K.R.V. Rao Chair in the Bangalore Institute for Social and Economic Change for 2016-18.
