Sociology Research Institute (SRI)
The department had the opportunity to acknowledge the generosity of donor Tom Choi (center), who endowed the new Arthur L. Johnson Chair in Sociology. Here, Dr. Choi is joined by department chair Kathy Hull (far right) and members of the Johnson family
The Department of Sociology celebrates graduate student research at the Sociology Research Institute (SRI). This academic festival provides an opportunity for our students to present their research in a professional meeting format. Honoring the achievements of our students and faculty, we invite our alumni and friends to reflect on a tremendous group of scholars and their cutting-edge research, teaching, and service.
Please note: As of SRI 2024, we no longer have a Keynote Speaker.
