  • Your courses for next semester, as well as long-term/graduation planning
  • Recommendations to your academic plan (for example, adding or dropping a major, minor, or certificate)
  • Your academic progress, as required for athletes and ROTC
  • Academic Warning or Suspension
  • Returning to CLA after more than a semester away
  • Forms regarding academic status or any other type of certification, including OPT or CPT

  • Declaring a major, minor, or certificate – Visit the Center for Academic Planning and Exploration (CAPE) site for a list of CLA majors, minors, & certificates and declaration information for each.
  • Financial aid – Contact One Stop with any questions about financial aid or financial account holds.
  • Major declaration (MDR) holds – Reach out to your intended major department if you have an MDR hold. Within 5-business days after they submit your major declaration, your MDR hold will be removed.
  • Major/Minor departmental (OZ) holds – Contact your major or minor department advisor directly if you have an OZ hold. Find your major/minor department advisor by logging in to your MyU page.
  • Housing on or off campus – Visit the Housing and Residential Life website or call 612-624-2994 to explore your housing options both on and off campus.
  • Internships, job-seeking help, career information – Connect with CLA Career Services, for help with internships, job searches, and career planning or call 612-624-7577 to schedule an appointment.
