Associate Director of Graduate Studies

The School of Music is seeking an Associate Director of Graduate Studies (Job ID: 370604). This position directs operations, advising, and admissions for the School of Music’s Graduate Program. They serve in a key position of graduate program leadership, having a direct impact on graduate student admissions, advising, funding, retention, and program completion. 

This position works extensively with the Director of Graduate Studies and reports to the Associate Director of Curriculum and Instruction. This position supervises graduate assistant peer advisors. The person in this role must be responsive to dynamic conditions that require creative solutions, strong intercultural framing, and inclusive practices. 

This is a 100% time, 12-month, Academic Professional and Administrative position.

Ted Mann Concert Hall is seeking outgoing, detailed, hospitable individuals to join our Front of House staff of Ushers, Greeters and Concessionaires.

The right candidates will have experience with customer service in the arts, be able to stay calm in fast-paced situations, be comfortable with the lulls, and love to solve problems in an effective and professional manner. Previous front of house theater experience is a big plus, however, we are willing to train the right individual.
