Alum Applies Psychology to the Workplace

After completing his PhD in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota, Casey Giordano began working at Auburn University at Montgomery, developing the College of Sciences master's degree program in Industrial-Organizational psychology (I-O). This program is accepting new students for its second class of students. Reflecting on his education at the University of Minnesota, Giordano states in the Montgomery Independent, that his training taught him how to develop training and research goals based on the practical application of psychology.
