Landers Receives Artificial Intelligence in Assessment Research Fellowship

Congratulations to Richard Landers, PhD, associate professor and holder of the John P. Campbell Distinguished Professorship of Industrial-Organizational Psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota, for winning HireVue’s Artificial Intelligence in Assessment Fellowship. Landers will have the opportunity to create a series of original research projects, working with HireVue to conduct scientific research on their psychological assessment platform, which is used to support organizational hiring. Landers will focus on game-based assessments but also explore HireVue’s asynchronous virtual interviewing platform.
