Vrieze receives prestigious awards

Dr. Scott Vrieze, assistant professor in the Department of Psychology, received the University of Minnesota’s McKnight Land-Grant Professorship, a two-year award designed to advance the careers of exceptional junior faculty. In the two years, Vrieze has been faculty in the Department of Psychology, he has had a string of accomplishments, ranging from new grants to several highly visible publications.

He has also received the 2019 Janet Taylor Spence Award for Transformative Early Career Contributions. This is a major award given annually by the Association for Psychological Science (APS).
