Ensuring Fairness of AI

Richard Landers, PhD, associate professor and John P. Campbell Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota, alongside Tara Behrend from Purdue University, share researched-based auditing guidelines for AI. The guidelines were published in an article in American Psychologist, “Auditing the AI Auditors: A Framework for Evaluating Fairness and Bias in High Stakes AI Predictive Models.”
