Expanding From Ones’ Personality Research

Following the research study of Deniz S. Ones and Michael Wilmot, “Study: Agreeableness a Helpful Trait for General Success in Life” focuses on their new research on the trait of agreeability. In the study, researchers identified eight themes that captured the overall functioning of agreeableness. The research has been featured on Science Daily, Mental Daily, and Spanish GQ.

Deniz Ones, PhD, is the Distinguished McKnight University Professor and Hellervik Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota.

Michael Wilmot, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and a UMN alum
