TEDx Minneapolis - Dr. Richard Lee Jumping

On September 24, Dr. Rich Lee took the stage as a featured speaker at TEDxMinneapolis. In connection to the theme, Finding Our Way Through, Lee and other speakers shared insights on how to push forward through challenges, both expected and unexpected.

Lee’s work is in the field of cultural psychology, with a particular focus on how cultural influences affect individuals’ mental health and future success. At TEDxMinneapolis, Lee talked about how families can begin to heal from racial trauma and support future generations via educating parents on how to navigate conversations with their children around race and discrimination.
