PsyComm Receives CLA Work Group Outstanding Service Award for 2021-22

We are proud to say that the Psychology Communications Committee (Carla Bates, Korrina Griffith, Holley Locher, Silke Moeller, Flora Pollack, and Amanda Schmit) have received a CLA Work Group Outstanding Service Award for 2021-22. This award is given out annually to recognize outstanding service to the college by civil service, bargaining unit, and academic professional and administrative employees and workgroups. Awardees receive $600 and a certificate of recognition.

Since forming in 2019, PsyComm has completely overhauled and built from the ground up our internal and external communications enterprise.

 

B/c of PsyComm faculty have developed greater confidence in our Department’s ability to deliver impactful stories, and they are now regularly using psynews@umn.edu to send PsyComm stories for social media or to be highlighted in BrainWave.
