Small Rooms for Instructor & Student Reservation
Jones 105A, 127A, 135A, and 135B can be reserved by instructors and students for individual exams, tutoring sessions, meeting spaces, conferencing, materials development, and more. They accommodate between two and seven people, and some spaces are also used as small classrooms.
New starting Fall 2026!
The Language Center is proud to offer a brand new small room, Jones 25, in its catalogue of reservable spaces! Jones 25 is a quiet space located to the right of the back entrance near the emergency stairwell. Pictures of the newly-minted space and an official announcement are soon to come.
In particular, Jones 25 will be ideal for reservations pertaining to:
- One-on-one meetings and interviews
- Quiet individual or group study sessions

Small Room Features
A small standard room with a round table. Recommended as a private study space and for one-on-one tests and meetings. Room capacity = 2.
A flexible Zoom Room with a large monitor, conferencing camera with active speaker tracking, document camera, small table with task chair, and six tablet arm chairs. Recommended for conferencing, and video recording using Zoom. Room capacity = 7.
A small room equipped with an oval table and a monitor. Recommended for one-on-one tests and meetings. Room capacity = 4.
A Zoom Room with a large monitor, conferencing camera with speaker tracking and a conference table. Recommended for student group work and conferencing. Room capacity = 7.
