Summer Orchestra
The Summer Orchestra program brings together adult musicians of all backgrounds to rehearse and perform a compelling program of orchestral works. It is a great learning and community opportunity for anyone looking to advance their orchestral skills. There is no audition required to be a part of the Summer Orchestra but some orchestral experience is recommended before joining.
2026 Registration and Fees
*Participants must be at least 18 years of age as of July 1, 2026.
- 2026 Summer Orchestra Registration and Payment Form (6/1 update: flute, clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, and tuba registrations are now closed. Please contact this email address to be added to a waitlist.)
- General registration: $80
- Seniors and current University of Minnesota students: $50

Dress Rehearsal: Tuesday, August 4, 7:00-9:30pm
Concert: Thursday, August 6, 7:00pm call time, 7:30pm concert
*All rehearsals in Ferguson Hall; dress rehearsal and concert in Ted Mann Concert Hall
