Percussion Auditions

All percussionists who would like to participate in Wind Ensemble, University Symphony Orchestra, University Band, and/or Symphonic Band need to audition. For Campus Bands and Campus Orchestras, simply register and attend the first class meeting to take the class. Please contact us by email at ensemble@umn.edu with any questions or concerns. 

Spring 2023 Audition Information

Spring 2023 percussion auditions for University Wind Ensemble, University Symphony Orchestra, and Symphonic Band will take place on Monday, December 12th from 1:30-3:30pm. Auditions for University Band will take place on Thursday, December 8th from 7:00-10:00pm.

To request an audition time, please fill out the audition sign up form. Your specific audition time will be emailed to you in early December. Course registration will occur upon completion of a successful audition.
